Graduating from WCCMT in 2020, Ethan uses his strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology to his advantage during treatments. Ethan aims to treat muscular and ligamentous tissue by applying accurate, deep and slow pressure. Coupled with his past experience as a yoga instructor he keeps a focus on spinal alignment and maintains a holistic view of the body during treatments. Ethan wants to ensure that his patients are moving in a way that is appropriate for their own unique anatomy. Whether it’s a first visit or long term patient, he makes sure to listen intently to every individual - ensuring that each treatment is as efficacious as possible.

Ethan spent several years practicing as an RMT in Port Moody and moved to Penticton in 2023 as a way to closely pursue the activities he loves and maintain a balanced lifestyle. In his spare time you’ll find Ethan riding motorcycles, camping, practicing yoga, making electronic music, lifting weights and generally enjoying the outdoors.

Joshua has returned to his hometown of Penticton by way of Edmonton, where he worked intensively with some of the nation’s top teams and athletes. Quickly finding his niche in BC working with the Vees and other local athletes/organizations, Joshua’s clinical practice focuses on an educational model. He takes pride in his interview skills, asking the appropriate questions to identify why a patient is experiencing pain the way they are. His recent educational explorations include specific training in the field of pain science.

Josh’s treatment model is simple: identify if the patient is “hurting or injured”, discover the lifestyle factors that contribute to the pain, use massage to provide a window of relief and, finally, educate the patient on how to effectively reduce their symptoms on an ongoing basis.

Simon has been in practice since 2018 when he completed the RMT program at Langara College. He offers a detailed patient centered approach to treatment including assessment, applying pain science concepts to a range of treatment modalities and tailored exercises to help each patient return to function.

Simon has been an avid rock climber and mountaineer since childhood and regularly participates in beginner partner acrobatics and swing dancing. He initially became interested in the RMT profession after finding it to be effective for treating elbow tendinitis and other injuries from his hobbies. A serious back injury led him to discover first-hand the effectiveness of applying pain science to the rehabilitation process. This motivated him to go to RMT school to further understand the body and help other people escape the cycle of pain.

Sasha is a strong believer in an active lifestyle. From a young age, Sasha has participated in a wide variety of sports and recreational activities which taught him the importance of mind-body connection. This attitude was reinforced by a strong passion for nature and the outdoors. While not in the treatment room, Sasha can be found hiking local mountains, plunging in glacier lakes, carving ski slopes, or playing beach volleyball.

With a background in kinesiology and four years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, Sasha has developed a strong foundational appreciation for the relationship between movement and overall health. Sasha’s fascination with human anatomy and physiology, combined with an inherent desire to have a positive impact, prompted him to become a Registered Massage Therapist. In April 2020, Sasha graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. In addition to his role as class representative at WCCMT, he also acted as a mentor for students in earlier semesters.

Consistent with the belief that “motion is the lotion”, Sasha’s practice incorporates active techniques alongside traditional passive modalities. Furthermore, Sasha believes in advocating and empowering clients to achieve their goals through establishment of a supportive environment and incorporation of individualized education.
